Mr. Indrajana is licensed to practice before all the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California. He has significant litigation experience across a wide range of disciplines including as counsel in state and federal matters involving complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage, transportation safety, catastrophic loss, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination. He is most recently known for his extensive work representing multiple claimants in the Boeing 737-MAX Lion Air JT610 litigation. More recently, in 2021, Mr. Indrajana was asked to represent claimants in connection of the crash of Sriwijaya Air SJ182, another aviation disaster involving a Boeing 737 aircraft.

Mr. Indrajana received his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Computational Physics from UC Davis before obtaining his J.D. from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Indrajana’s technical background gives him a unique perspective and comprehension in matters involving technical and technological issues. Mr. Indrajana has successfully prosecuted patent applications that lead to actual patent grants for consumer products, mechanical and electronic devices, computer software, and design patents for consumer electronics and toys.

Mr. Indrajana has also successfully filed and prosecuted dozens of trademark registrations involving a multinational electronic manufacturer, a major Asian food and beverage manufacturer, an online e-commerce business, and food and beverage services including restaurants and cafes. Mr. Indrajana’s trademark work also include Amazon brand registry and enforcement, and has represented clients in IP infringement disputes on the e-commerce platform.

Mr. Indrajana has an extensive computer and IT background and experience that is invaluable in advising clients on matters involving technical and engineering issues.

Mr. Indrajana’s unique background as an Indonesian-American practicing attorney enables him to act as the key attorney in cross-border litigation involving Indonesian clients. Having lived in Indonesia for more than fifteen years prior to moving to the United States, Mr. Indrajana’s native fluency and cultural connection with Indonesia gives him the insight and understanding of the Indonesian clients’ needs, and helps them navigate the American litigation landscape as a familiar face. Mr. Indrajana is one of the key attorneys in the Boeing 737-MAX litigation involving the Lion Air JT610 crash in Indonesia. Mr. Indrajana was present and lived in Indonesia for six continuous months in the months following the crash to assist the victims’ families and to conduct investigations on the ground before resuming litigation back in the United States.
